Eurozone household real income up in Q1

The eurozone's household income per capita, in real terms, increased by 0.9 percent in the first quarter of 2015, after an increase of 0.1 percent in the previous quarter, according to figures issued on Wednesday.

Figures released by Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, eurozone household real consumption per capita increased by 0.8 percent in the first quarter of 2015, after an increase of 0.2 percent in the previous quarter.

In the 28-member EU, household real income per capita increased by 0.9 percent in the first quarter of 2015, after an increase of 0.4 percent in the previous quarter. Household real consumption per capita increased by 0.8 percent in the first quarter of 2015, after an increase of 0.2 percent in the previous quarter. Endit
