Brazilian midfielder Maicosuel loaned to UAE outfit Al-Sharjah

Brazilian midfielder Maicosuel has joined United Arab Emirates outfit Al Sharjah on a one-year loan deal from Atletico Mineiro.

The 24-year-old former Udinese playmaker confirmed the move on his Instagram page on Tuesday.

"I'm very happy, confident an motivated to begin this new chapter of my career," he said on the social media platform.

Atletico Mineiro are understood to have received about 500,000 U.S. dollars for the deal.

Maicosuel becomes the third Brazilian in Al Sharjah's squad alongside Renato Caja and Mauricio Ramos.

The club is also managed by Brazilian Paulo Bonamigo. Endi
