A big bang was heard in downtown of Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Saturday evening, causing panic among the residents.

"A big sound shocked Wazir Akbar Khan locality at around 7:00 p. m. local time. And it caused a panic among the residents," witness Ahmad Sehar told Xinhua.

The Kabul residents are war-weary and big bangs cause panic among them.
