Vietnam to host World Masters Golf Championship

Golfers from clubs worldwide will compete at the Accor Vietnam World Masters Golf Championship, slated for September 6-12 in central Vietnam, local newspaper Vietnam News reported Thursday.

Over 200 players from 20 countries and regions will compete in the tournament in Da Nang city, Quang Nam province and Thua Thien-Hue province. Cash prizes total 10,000 U.S. dollars.

The championship has been held in Australia, New Zealand and Thailand over the past 20 years. Endi
