Urgent: Iran says nuclear talks cannot conclude on Monday: ISNA

The nuclear talks between Iran and the world powers cannot conclude on Monday, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif was quoted as saying by Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA).

To the question "whether the nuclear agreement will be reached tonight," Zarif answered "No," the report said. Endit
