Urgent: SCO member states jointly oppose distortion of WWII results

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states made a joint call on Friday for resolute opposition to any distortion of the results of the Second World War.

"We urge resolute opposition to any distortion of WWII results ... as well as any attempt to forget the tragic lesson for all mankind," leaders of the SCO countries, namely China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, said in a statement after holding a summit here. Endi
