LME base metals drop on Tuesday

The base metals prices on the London Metal Exchange (LME) closed lower on Tuesday.
The three-month unofficial copper price dropped 323 U.S. dollars, or 5.78 percent, to 5,263 U.S. dollars per tonne.
The three-month unofficial aluminium price lost 21.5 U.S. dollars, or 1.27 percent, to 1,669.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial lead price lost 32 U.S. dollars, or 1.82 percent, to 1,725 U.S. dollars a tonne.
Besides, the three-month unofficial zinc price lost 73.5 U.S. dollars, or 3.66 percent, to 1,934 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial nickel price lost 1,050 U.S. dollars, or 8.98 percent, to 10,637.5 U.S. dollars a tonne.
The three-month unofficial tin price lost 625 U.S. dollars, or 4.36 percent, to 13,700 U.S. dollars a tonne. Endit
