Dollar trades in upper 122 yen in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 122 yen line early Tuesday in Tokyo, slightly higher from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 122.67-73 yen compared with 122.52-62 yen in New York and 122.63-65 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

The euro fetched 1.1046-1047 dollars and 135.50-51 yen against 1.1052-1062 dollars and 135.47-57 yen in New York and 1.1080-1082 dollars and 135.88-92 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon. Endi
