Xinhua, July 2, 2015 Adjust font size:

China's top political advisory body on Thursday held a seminar on rural land rights approval and related legal issues.

Members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee attending the seminar said rural land rights approval is key to the land contracting relationship in the long run, but it needs to be improved.

Officials from the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Land and Resources, the State Forestry Administration, and Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council joined the discussion with political advisors and experts. All agreed on the need for quick action.

Yu Zhengsheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, presided over the seminar. Endi
