A roadside bombing rocked the western part of Afghan capital Kabul on Tuesday evening, causing no casualties,.

It was the fourth attack in the militancy-hit country within a day, sources and witnesses said. "Shortly after I broke my fast, a big explosion shocked me and my family members. We are fed up with the attacks during holy month of Ramadan or fasting month," witness Nawid Jalizi told Xinhua, adding that the blast shattered the windowpanes of several houses near the site.

A roadside bomb went off at around 07:55 p.m. (local time) along a main road near a transport directorate building in Kart-e- Mahmorin locality, causing no casualties, a police source told Xinhua anonymously.

The target of the blast remained unknown.

Earlier on Tuesday, two civilians were killed and more than 20 people, including two U.S. soldiers, were wounded in a Taliban suicide car bombing in central Kabul while two children sustained injuries in a sticky bomb attack in the western part of the city.
