Gambia, Netherlands sign air service agreement

Gambia and the Netherlands have agreed on a bilateral air service, a Gambian official said Monday.

The move will improve Gambia's tourism sector as almost 30,000 tourists from the Netherlands are expected to come to Gambia in the 2015-2016 tourism season, said Abdoulie Jammeh, director of Gambia Civil Aviation.

The Netherlands is the second major contributor of tourists to Gambia after Britain.
