Xinhua, May 28, 2015 Adjust font size:

Slovakia is sending approximately eight tonnes of humanitarian aid to earthquake-stricken Nepal on Thursday (May 28), informed Slovak Interior Ministry spokesman Petar Lazarov on Wednesday.

"The aid includes mainly tents, beds, blankets, sleeping bags, food and beverage containers, power generators and lighting devices. The cargo will be trucked to Prague airport," added Lazarov.

Two home ministry representatives and one diplomacy representative will fly to Nepal, where an earthquake on April 25 killed more than 8,000 people. Endit
