Hong Kong's Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) announced Friday that the SFC and the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) have signed a memorandum of regulatory cooperation in respect of the Mainland-Hong Kong Mutual Recognition of Funds (MRF) and that the MRF would be implemented on July 1.

The memorandum also established a framework for exchange of information, regular dialogue as well as regulatory cooperation in relation to the cross-border offering of funds. (Hong Kong-China- MRF)

SINGAPORE -- The 5th Chief Negotiators' Meeting on establishing the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) concluded here on Friday with agreement on the Articles of Agreement (AOA) and decision on signing AOA at the end of June in Beijing.

Shi Yaobin, vice minister of Chinese Ministry of Finance and permanent chair of the Chief Negotiators' Meeting, told Xinhua after the meeting that the Articles of Agreement has been finalized after discussion by chief negotiators of 57 founding members. Shi said that founding members of AIIB will sign AOA according to the schedule of establishing the AIIB. (Singapore- AIIB)

HANOI-- Visiting United Nations (UN) Secretary General Ban Ki- moon expressed hopes for Vietnam to realize its development goals when meeting Vietnamese Prime Minister (PM) Nguyen Tan Dung in Vietnam's capital Hanoi on Friday.
