Spanish stock market rises 0.66 pct

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 rose 0.66 percent on Wednesday to close at 11,574.10 points, up from the 11,497.70 points of Tuesday.

Gamesa shares led rises climbing 2.02 percent, followed by Inditex, Iberdrola, Tecnicas Reunidas and IAG that rose 1.75 percent, 1.72 percent, 1.43 percent and 1 percent respectively.

On the other hand, BME shares led falls losing 1.18 percent, followed by Abertis, Bankia, ACS and Sacyr that lost 0.91 percent, 0.82 percent, 0.75 percent and 0.70 percent respectively.

Spain's risk premium stood at 118.4 points on Wednesday closing time, slightly above the 116.2 points of Tuesday closing time, while Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.79 percent. Endit
