3rd LD Writethru: Suicide attack kills 5, wounds 24 in Kabul

At least five people including the bomber had been killed and 24 others injured in a suicide attack that rocked Afghan capital Kabul on Tuesday, Kabul police chief Abdul Rahman Rahimi said.

"Four people were killed and 24 others injured in the blast," Rahimi told reporters here.

All the victims are civilians, he added.

The suicide bomber was also killed in his blast, the official added.

The blast, according to eyewitnesses occurred inside the parking lot of Justice Ministry in downtown Kabul at 04:00 p.m. local time.

Immediately after the blast, police had cordoned off the area and didn't allow journalists to get access.

This is the second suicide bombing in Kabul in three days.

In the previous suicide attack which happened on Sunday morning and Taliban outfit had claimed of responsibility, three people had been killed and 18 others, all civilians had been injured. Endi
