Dollar trades in lower 119 yen range in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the lower 119 yen range early Thursday in Tokyo deals, almost unchanged from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.19-21 yen compared with 119.10-20 yen in New York and 119.82-84 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.1347-1348 dollars and 135.26-27 yen against 1.1351-1361 dollars and 135.22-32 yen in New York and 1.1250-1252 dollars and 134.80-84 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon. Endi
