Urgent: Duda, Komorowski go to second round of Poland's presidential elections

The first exit polls of the presidential elections in Poland indicate that Andrzej Duda and current President Bronislaw Komorowski will meet in the second round of elections scheduled for May 24.

The second round of the presidential elections is held only if none of candidates scored over 50 percent of all votes and involves two candidates with the highest score in the first round.

The exit polls say that Duda, backed by the Law and Justice party, won 34.8 percent of all votes, while Komorowski, a candidate of the Civic Platform party, 32.2 percent. Endit
