Myanmar archery team to take training in S.Korea

Myanmar archery team will train in South Korea in their build-up for the 28th Southeast Asian Games to be hosted by Singapore this year, sources with Myanmar Archery Federation said Thursday.

The 20-day training will run until June 3 in S. Korea, said the federation.

A 16-member archery team including eight women archers will compete in 10 categories of recurve and compound events.

The team is under training of two S. Korean coaches at present.

Myanmar archery team grabbed one gold, three bronze medals in the 2013 SEA Games hosted by Myanmar. Endi
