A woman dies in the minor quake in Nepal's Kavre district

One person has been killed in the minor earthquake that hit the north eastern part of capital in Kavre district on Wednesday morning.

According to District Police Office Kavre, 52-year-old Sanu Maya Tamang of Kharpa VDC-4 died when her house collapsed. Tamang was sleeping inside her house, which was cracked in the earthquake of 25th April.

On Wednesday morning, an earthquake with less than 4 magnitude hit the Himalayan nation, with the epicenter near Nuwakot district.

Earlier, the government had directed the people not to stay inside crack buildings owing to possible damages in minor quakes and aftershocks. Since the day the massive earthquake of 7.9 magnitude jolted Nepal, aftershocks have continued to hit the terrified people. Endi
