Hong Kong stocks close 1.31 pct lower

Hong Kong stocks closed down 368. 28 points, or 1.31 percent to 27,755.54 points on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 27,598.17 and 28, 316.63. Turnover totaled 175.59 billion HK dollars (about 22.63 billion U.S. dollars). Endi
