Sam Rainsy, president of the opposition Cambodia National Rescue Party (CNRP), has announced that he and Prime Minister Hun Sen will jointly meet with Cambodians living in Malaysia on Saturday afternoon. "Prime Minister Hun Sen and I want to show that the culture of dialogue works in all circumstances: even when we happen to be abroad together, respectively as prime minister and as opposition leader, we continue to respect each other and to promote national unity by working together for the sake of the nation," Sam Rainsy said in a statement released by the party's cabinet on Friday. ISLAMABAD -- Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has backed the Saudi-led military action against the Houthi rebels in Yemen and called for the restoration of Yemeni President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi, the Foreign Ministry said on Friday.

Prime Minister Sharif wrapped up his day-long visit to Saudi Arabia late Thursday where he discussed the conflict in Yemen with Saudi King Salman Bin Abdulaziz al-Saud, other senior leaders and President Hadi, the ministry said. (Pakistan-Saudi Arabia-Yemen Crisis)

COLOMBO -- Sri Lankan former President Mahinda Rajapakse on Friday blamed the government for targeting his family " intentionally" as he visited his detained younger brother in a state hospital in the capital.
