Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree Friday to accept the resignation of Prime Minister Joomart Otorbayev and his cabinet, the presidential press service said.

SKOPJE -- At least 14 illegal immigrants were killed in a train accident late Thursday night near the central Macedonian town Veles, 50 km south of the capital Skopje.

NAIROBI -- Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta cancelled his visit to the U.S. and returned home on Thursday night due to increased military activity in Yemen.
