1st LD Writethru: Explosion at Greek factory kills one person, injures another

One person died and another was seriously injured in a fire at an old factory in the central Greek city of Volos on Thursday, local media reported.

Both were Bulgarian nationals, according to information from local fire brigade and hospital sources.

Authorities have not confirmed whether there were other people trapped in the factory, as initially reported.

Local media said the fire was followed by blasts.

Firemen are still trying to put out the flames. Enditem
