Indian stocks open lower

Indian stocks opened lower on Tuesday in spite of positive global cues following China's stimulus.

Indian stocks got battered with the Sensex losing nearly 2 percent on Monday. The Nifty broke below 8,500 and the rupee fell to its one-month lows against the dollar.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 27,860.51, 25.70 points, or 0.09 percent down from the previous close of 27,886.21. Endi
