Explosive device found in schoolyard in Georgia

An explosive device was discovered Monday in the yard of a public school in the Georgian capital city of Tbilisi, a local newspaper reported.

All classes were suspended and students were evacuated from the building after the emergency, Georgian Journal said.

Local police immediately arrived at the scene and sealed off the school, said the report.

According to the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs, an investigation into the incident has already been launched.

So far, no organization or individual has claimed responsibility for the incident. Endi
