Police Colonel Lungelo Dlamini said the arrested allegedly killed 35-year-old Emmanuel Sithole on Saturday in Alexandra, north of Johannesburg, and a manhunt for the fourth suspect has been launched.

Witnesses said the suspects took the goods of Sithole, a street vendor, without paying, after which an argument broke out before he was stabbed. Sithole later died in hospital.
