Dollar changes hands at upper 118 yen level in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 118 yen zone in early Tokyo on Monday.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 118.83-85 yen compared with 118.90-119.00 yen in New York and 118.80-83 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Friday.

The euro fetched 1.0806-0808 dollars and 128.42-45 yen against 1.0798-0808 dollars and 128.47-57 yen in New York and 1.0785-0788 dollars and 128.15-19 yen in Tokyo late Friday afternoon. Endi
