1st LD: Explosion occurs near police station in Jakarta, injures 4

An explosion occurred near a police station in Tanah Abang of Central Jakarta on Wednesday, injuring four people, local media reported here.

All the victims have been rushed to a nearby hospital, local Metro TV said.

The police is investigating the cause of the explosion.

Television footage showed that the victims suffered some cuts on their bodies, some of whom have to be shifted to another hospital for better treatment. Endi
