Beijing to host pole dancing worlds

Beijing is to host the world pole dancing championships in Tianqiao Theater on April 11 and 12, organizers said on Tuesday.

Luo Linlin, winner of China's 2014 championship, holds the leading pole position in the Chinese team.

Pole dance has become a popular sport a well as a trendy form of exercise in fitness centers.

In last world championships held in London, Chinese Sun Yingzhi won Best Entertainer in the men's division and Fang Chunyan took Best Costume in the women's. Endi
