Shanghai SIPG's winning streak ends with 0-0 draw at Tianjin

Xinhua, April 6, 2015 Adjust font size:

Shanghai SIPG and Tianjin Teda played out to a goalless draw while Jiangsu Sainty beat newly-promoted Shijiazhuang Ever Bright 2-1 at home in the fourth round of 2015 Chinese Super League (CSL) on Sunday.

Shanghai SIPG's winning streak came to an end when they were held 0-0 away at Tianjin Teda.

Tianjin's Guo Hao was booked for a foul on Shanghai SIPG's Argentine star Dario Conca just three minutes into the game, which forced Conca to leave the pitch and be substituted by Lu Wenjun.

Both sides played fiercely afterwards and the referee handed out six yellow cards and one red card in total.

In another game on Sunday, Jiangsu Sainty defeated Shijiazhuang Ever Bright 2-1 as Iceland strikers Kjartansson and Solvi Ottesen each scored for Jiangsu. Endi
