eHi Car Services 2014 revenues up 50 pct

Leading Chinese car rental service, eHi Car Services Limited, saw net revenues grow by 50.3 percent in 2014, it announced in an annual report on Thursday.

Its net revenues reached 851.2 million yuan (138 million U.S. dollars) in 2014. A robust growth of 56.6 percent in net revenues was reported in the fourth quarter, according to the report.

It had a fleet of 19,746 vehicles by the end of 2014, up 70.4 percent year on year.

The Shanghai-based company, which listed on the New York Stock Exchange last November, estimates that its 2015 net revenues will be in the range of 1.4 billion to 1.5 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of about 64 to 76 percent. Endi
