Peace negotiators of the Myanmar government and ethnic armed groups reached a seven-chapter draft nationwide ceasefire agreement (NCA) here on Monday, ending one year and four months' peace negotiation on the draft accord, which is now ready for signing by leaders of both sides on Tuesday. Endi
