Indian stocks open higher

Xinhua, March 27, 2015 Adjust font size:

Indian stocks opened higher on Friday after having tanked over 2 percent the day before.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 27,649.41, 191.83 points or 0.70 percent up from previous close of 27,457.58.

The market lacks catalysts for a big upmove, while the two key risks at this point are unseasonal rains and a likely spike in crude prices. Endi
