Urgent: U.S. dollar falls after Fed statement

The U.S. dollar declined against other major currencies on Friday as investors were still digesting a dovish Federal Reserve policy statement released earlier this week.

In late New York trading, the euro increased to 1.0811 dollars from 1.0638 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 120.17 Japanese yen, lower than 120.96 yen of the previous session. Endite
