Xinhua, March 20, 2015 Adjust font size:

A massive manhunt is underway in Gambia for three people suspected of human trafficking, including delivery of young girls to the Middle East to work in the prostitution trade, police source told Xinhua on Thursday.

Police said there are a total of four suspects, but only one has been arrested.

"We are looking for the three who are at large", a senior police officer said.

The suspects are accused of having taken 19 Gambian girls to Lebanon for sex work, according to the police.

On Wednesday, the only suspect under custody appeared in court to stand trial on charges of human trafficking. Endi
