Urgent: U.S. dollar rebounds after Fed statement

The U.S. dollar bounced back against other major currencies on Thursday after it was stricken by a dovish Federal Reserve policy statement in the previous session.

In late New York trading, the euro decreased to 1.0638 dollars from 1.0744 dollars in the previous session, while the dollar bought 120.96 Japanese yen, higher than 120.69 yen of the previous session. Endite
