President Xi's envoy to attend Namibian presidential inauguration

China's Transport Minister Yang Chuantang will attend the inauguration of Namibia's new president, Hage Geingob, on March 21, Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei announced on Wednesday.

As President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Yang will attend the ceremony and celebrations for the 25th anniversary of Namibia's independence, Hong said at a daily news briefing. Endi
