1st LD Writethru: India reacts to release order of Mumbai terror attacks mastermind in Pakistan

India Friday strongly reacted to reports of the Islamabad High Court ordering the release of Mumbai terror attacks alleged mastermind Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, saying that it's Pakistan's responsibility to ensure he doesn't come out of jail.

"It is the responsibility of the Pakistan government to take all legal measures to ensure that Lakhvi does not come out of jail. There are no good or bad terrorists," the Indian Ministry of Home Affairs said in a statement.

The ministry added: "The overwhelming evidence against 2008 Mumbai attack mastermind Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi has not been presented properly before court by Pakistani agencies."

The 55-year-old has been accused of masterminding, along with six others, the Mumbai attacks in 2008, when 10 Pakistani terrorists entered India's financial capital through searoute and carried out the mayhem. Endi
