Bayern's Ribery and Robben sidelined against Bremen

Bayern Munich's winger Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben are sidelined for the upcoming Bundesliga encounter against Bremen, the "Bavarians" announced in an official statement on Thursday.

Both players suffered injuries during Wednesday's 7-0 victory over Shakhtar Donetsk in UEFA Champions League to miss the match against Bremen at the 25th round of Bundesliga on Saturday.

Dutchman Arjen Robben sustained a trapped nerve in his thigh at the 19th minute and to be replaced for Sebastian Rode meanwhile Frenchman Franck Ribery left the pitch after 59 minutes due to a sprained ankle.

The German giants sit currently atop the Bundesliga standings with 11-point advantage to runner up Wolfsburg. Endite
