Vietnam's national U-19 soccer final round kicks off

The final round of Vietnam's National U-19 Football Championship kicked off in Vietnam's central Nghe An province on Thursday.

The 10-day event sees the participation of top eight teams which are divided into two groups. Group A comprises Viettel, Thua Thien Hue, Becamex Binh Duong and Long An, while Group B includes Ho Chi Minh City, PVF, Hanoi T&T and Song Lam Nghe An, according to Vietnam's Football Federation.

The eight teams will play under round-robin format to decide the top two teams of each group to enter semifinal round.

Through the tournament, potential players will be selected for the next generation of Vietnamese national football team, according to the organizers. Endi
