Dollar trades in mid-121 yen line in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the mid- 121 yen range early Tuesday in Tokyo deals, slightly up from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 121.42-43 yen compared with 121.10-20 yen in New York and 120.87-89 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

The euro fetched 1.0836-0838 dollars and 131.58-59 yen against 1.0849-0859 dollars and 131.40-50 yen in New York and 1.0864-0865 dollars and 131.32-36 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon. Endi
