ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan on Monday successfully tested a long- range missile that can carry nuclear war-heads, the military said.

TOKYO -- Support rate for Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's Cabinet declined 8 percentage points from the previous reading to 46 percent, while support rate for the ruling Liberal Democratic Party also dropped 4.5 percentage points to 36.7 percent, Japan's public broadcaster NHK reported Monday.
