Zambian teams hailed for good performance in continental competitions

Zambia's soccer governing body has hailed the country's two clubs in the Confederation of African Football (CAF) competitions for advancing to the next stage, the Times of Zambia reported on Monday.

Zesco United advanced to the next round of the Champions League after beating Mbabane Swallows of Swaziland 2-1 on aggregate on Saturday while Power Dynamos advanced to the next stage of Confederation Cup after beating Al Khartoum of Sudan 2-0 on Sunday.

Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) president Kalusha Bwalya urged the two clubs to work hard and go far in their respective competitions. Endi
