1st LD: German police detains several people due to violence threats

Several people were detained in northern German city of Bremen in a raid against violence threats, local police announced on Saturday.

The police said in a statement that they received alerts from a federal agency on Friday evening about increasing risks of violence and took protective measures in Saturday morning.

In an operation in the afternoon, several people were detained, said the police, adding that one was provisionally arrested. Endit
