Indian stocks close lower

Xinhua, February 20, 2015 Adjust font size:

The market snapped seven-day winning streak by closing with major loss on Friday.

Indian stocks declined, led by energy and technology companies, as some investors judged the seven-day rally in the benchmark index to be excessive.

The 30-share index closed at 29,231.41, 194.86 points or 0.66 percent down from previous close of 29,462.27 points. Endi
