Bangladeshi Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on Wednesday brushed aside calls for a dialogue to end the ongoing political crisis, saying culprits responsible for creating anarchy across the country will be brought to book.

SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir -- One person was killed Wednesday after an avalanche hit a ski-resort in Indian-controlled Kashmir, officials said.

The avalanche hit Kongdoori heights of Gulmarg town, 52 km northwest of Srinagar city, summer capital of Indian-controlled Kashmir.(Kashmir-Avalanche)

SRINAGAR, Indian-controlled Kashmir -- Restrictions imposed by authorities and shutdown called by separatist groups hit Muslim majority areas of Indian-controlled Kashmir Wednesday for the third straight day.
