Greek terrorist group claims responsibility for Israeli embassy attack

Xinhua, February 4, 2015 Adjust font size:

A Greek terrorist group called "Popular Fighters" claimed responsibility for the attack against the Israeli embassy in Athens on Dec. 12, 2014, Greek police said Wednesday.

The same group had also claimed responsibility for the attack against the residence of the German ambassador to Athens in December 2013 and the attack against the headquarters of the then ruling conservative New Democracy party in January 2013.

All three attacks caused only material damage and no injuries.
