Pistons' Jennings out for season

The Detroit Pistons announced Sunday that guard Brandon Jennings will be out for the rest of the season due to a ruptured left Achilles tendon.

Jennings was injured during Saturday night's loss 101-86 at the Bucks.No timetable is being placed on the guard's return, but Jennings himself tweeted a message earlier Sunday saying ''6/9 months.''

Jennings has appeared in 41 games this season, averaging 15.4 points, 6.6 assists and 1.1 steals. Endi
