1st LD: E. Ukrainian city under rocket attack, minister says at least 20 killed

The government-controlled port city of Mariupol in restive eastern Ukraine came under rocket fire Saturday, causing heavy casualties.

Interior Minister Vyacheslav Abroskin was quoted as saying at a televised emergency meeting convened by Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk that the body count has reached 20 and is still growing.

Local authorities said that dozens of others were wounded in the attack, which hit an open-air market and nearby homes and shops. TV footage showed buildings and cars in flames. Endi
