East Africa's human resource heads to meet in Kenya over new strategies

Xinhua, January 19, 2015 Adjust font size:

More than 100 human resource heads and practitioners will meet in Nairobi in April to discuss ways of preparing their firms for the future in light of the emerging trends in the market, organizers said on Monday.

A statement from the organizer Human Resource Boosters for Africa said the officials from the region's blue-chip companies will also find solutions to the human resource (HR) difficulties the organizations face in their management.

"This conference offers a rare opportunity to master, update and learn various ways of overcoming HR struggles; and get deep insights and practical tips from established HR Directors from leading companies in East Africa and international organizations," said Lex Lindeman, Talent Developer, HR Boosters for Africa.

Lindeman said the April 22-24 conference is expected to provide a platform to feature the latest innovation, strategies, insights and international best practices by the most influential and respected HR leaders and practitioners in East Africa.

The delegates will be drawn from Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda, Ethiopia, Zambia and Burundi.

The event is organized by Skye Planners and hosted by Human Resources Boosters for Africa, a training and consultancy company with huge experience in Africa and Delta 5, a proven organizational diagnosis and change method to embed high performance behavior. Endi
